About Lance McFarlane
Lance was born and raised in a farming family in the rural Te Puke area.
He has spent more than 20 years involved directly with the Farming industry, originally involved with Wealleans Groundspread working throughout the Bay of Plenty for just over six years followed by 13 years with Fonterra and then three years with Trutest DTS Milk Cooling and Tank Solutions. This has taken Lance from one end of the Bay of Plenty to the other and everywhere in between. Chances are he has been to most farms in the area.
Lance enjoys meeting new people, growing new and existing relationships with a large group of the farming fraternity and continues his passion for all things rural. He has been married for 25 years and has two children. Being a keen classic Chrysler Mopar fan, motorbike rider and squash player, Lance’s interests are varied. He also served 20 years as a Volunteer Firefighter at the Maketu Fire Brigade.
Having sold many properties recently and many of his own also over the years, he welcomes the opportunity to assist you in the process of selling your property. Lance is very motivated and keen work with you to sell your piece of Real Estate and impressed with the marketing expertise and great team spirit that Harcourts Advantage offer.
Looking after you every step of the way with the Harcourts Promise, Lance aims to create clients for life and prides himself on exceptional service.
If you are looking at buying or selling a property and want an open, honest and hardworking Sales person with a passion for Rural real estate then pick up the phone and give Lance a call.
I approached Lance after seeing a for sale property advertisement he had in
the local paper, and this was after I had approached another well-known Real
Estate company that mainly takes on high end scale properties. I did not follow through with them as lack of communication and follow up. On contacting Lance, he arranged to meet up and since then has shown to be an optimistic, friendly, likable person, communicating well and at all times professional. He achieved a sale that we were happy with and anyone wanting to engage an agent who gets results, then they cannot go wrong with Lance. - Suzette M
I would like to thank Lance McFarlane for helping us into our first home. He
really made the whole process easy, with his friendly, down-to-earth
approachable demeanor. I would highly recommend Lance to any potential
buyer or seller, as he is always professional and goes above and beyond to
help make a very overwhelming process, quite simple. I was always amazed
at how he would make himself available when any papers needed to be sign
or if we wanted a viewing of the home. We are very happy with our lovely
home and the professional service we received from Lance." - N. Broughton
